Our lives are constantly changing. Gradually we gain a deeper understanding and awareness of life itself through our experiences. This website presents my evolving musical compositions and thoughts on various topics, as a Norwegian musician.

ReplaceYourself.com is a creative project, putting music in the center of it all. Music is a proof and celebration of intelligence and creativity, mirroring the inner emotions of the human spirit.

ReplaceYourself.com provides free file downloads, copyrighted by Finn Harald Røed and available for private use only. Most of my work is created with little thought of the commercial demands in a music industry which in my opinion has less artistic integrity than ever.

My songs include instruments like the human voice, synthesizers, electric and acoustic guitars, samplers, acoustic and electronic drums and drum machines, sequencers, trumpet, piano, organ and whatever instrument or sound found appropriate for each particular piece of music.
